Geek and the Cottage full of Cheese

The Geek has set himself a challenge. He currently fluctuates between 80-82kg ( he’s 6’1, slim build with buns of steel) he has set the task of reaching 79.9kg by July. Geek believes he can do this by diet alone, I agree this can be done….however by adding a regular exercise regime will help him maintain his target weight for a longer period and give me a training partner for some of my workout sessions. As the Geek has an extremely busy work schedule (sofa meetings on meet and Jit.si) we have compromised (note to self alternative career = lawyer) with a 15 minute high intensity workout every other day.

In terms of dieting the Geek has decided upon the following:

Breakfast- Porridge, a cottage full of cheese and an assortment of every nut he can buy in the local supermarket

Lunch- listening to the sound of his stomach roaring otherwise known as intermittent fasting. NB. Mental willpower is a necessity.

Dinner- A massive plate full of vitamins, minerals and veggie protein cooked by yours truly Exercise.

Geek will talk tomorrow after he has finished talking about requests timing out and other coding niches.
